At Grace Loves Lace, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your choice; we offer a 30-day return policy for our RTW collection and accessories, while our made-to-order gowns are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and protective packaging intact, as items showing signs of wear or makeup cannot be accepted.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your original packaging and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location to begin the transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
